This hand-assembled precision metal model consists of more than 1, 050 individual parts and faithfully reproduces the Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Roadster. Functional features include an opening engine hood revealing a highly detailed 6-cylinder inline engine, an opening trunk with a spare wheel, an opening fuel filler flap, and a faithfully reproduced dashboard with an opening ashtray.

The model features a true-to-original interior with leather-upholstered folding seats, foldable sun visors, and fully functional side windows operated by the window cranks. Additional details include painted steel wheels with removable hubcaps, fold-out door handles, a removable hardtop with display stand, a fully functional soft top, and an accurately reproduced underbody with detailed front and rear suspension.

Presented in black with a matching black leather interior, this elegant colour combination was used on less than 9% of all 300 SL Roadsters. The polished chrome accents further enhance the timeless appearance of this classic grand tourer.
